I have the router hooked up now. Ronda is on the phone with me trying to figure it out. Thanks so much. I will keep you posted. I can recieve email on my bn now wireless ly so that is good.

This says to me that the router isn't connected to anything,
which
means you cannot connect to the internet. The wireless router
has to
be connected to the DSL modem for it to work. How many ports
does
the router have?
By ports, I mean places for cables to plug into.

There should be at least three.
Or, do you know the exact model number of the router? With that,
I
could look up the details for you.
