Hello List:

I understand what Jonathan and KC are saying. I don't know if this would be possible but if it could be done have a tutorial and a copy of the tutorial in braille or print so that all could read or listen to the tutorial. I understand that Humanware needs to meet the demands of all customers, and this would be a good way to do it. For what it's worth I think it would be a great idea. That way, no group would be feeling left out, and there would be no catering to any particular group.

I also understand that the staff doesn't know who can hear or not when they send the braillenotes out. This is the reason why I think that this would solve the issue. That's my two cents worth (smile). Have a good day.

    Sincerely,

    Jolena Foster

Subject: [Braillenote] Thoughts on Tutorials and Manuals

Hello, List:

You know me and my two cents worth, <grin>. I realize, Jonathan, what you are saying -- a person can access the User's Guide to find out about a product. However, a tutorial determines whether a person can afford, or can use the upcoming upgrade. If a person hasn't upgraded yet, there is no way of accessing the Users Guide to read what is there. With an Audio Tutorial, any hearing person can access it, to decide whether or not the upgrade will work for them. My two cents, can I have change please? <smile>.
