State Services for the Blind bought the upgrade 7.0 for me. I have only the CF card. It contains only 2 files Tutorial.mp3 and keysoft plus. I did ask HW to send me a copy of CD-ROM by the email but never got or hear from HW. Is it include BN PK?? My serial is 101016. However, until HW agrees we are out in left field! At the same time, the CD-Rom, for the sake of convenience, should be clearly marked "Audio," if that is all it will be!
