When my battery goes flat, sometimes my MPower freezes and stays 
that way  even after plugging in the charger.  I suppose one day 
it won't come back to life, but for now at least, the service 
reset (reset along with the record button) is what brings it 
back.  I hope that maybe you had forgotten about that particular 
reset and that it works for you.
