Hello Sarah,
I figured it out now.
When I press space with s, it was giving me the default drive of
keysoft, so I hit backspace a couple of times, and it gave me the
drive choice then the folder prompt.
Thank you,
I learned something new today. I greatly appreciate it.
Regards,
Robert

When you go into the option to save the file, you are first
placed at a folder prompt. If you so choose, you can press
backspace, choose the desired drive, press enter, choose the
desired folder, then give the file a name. It is the same
situation as saving any file in Keyword. I hope this makes
sense.

Hello Sarah,
First, I thought I would say, that if you put an e-mail in a
particular folder, other then the all folder, you can delete that
e-mail from the specific folder, or if you say yes to all, it
will be completely deleted.
Secondly, I did not know you could save the e-mail like you said,
so I tried it, but what I do't know, is where did it save the
e-mail to as a keyword file. I can't seem to find it.
So if you have more information I would appreciate it.
Thanks again,
Robert

Yes. When inside an Email, press space with s. This will put
you in a standard Keysoft save as dialog. You can then save the
file as a Keyword or other type of document.

Hi all,

OK, so if when you delete a message from one folder, all
references to
it are deleted as well, can you save an email to a file without
doing
the block commands, e.g. getting an email with instructions in
it and
saving it to a file named instructions?
