Sorry, I am disappointed for your friend. It seems to me he or she need a
new battery on his or her PK.  I hate to see he or she wait so long to have
it back.  There are many students who will buy the BNs for their school and
college.

Hi Leslie, the pk doesn't work at all unless it is plugged in.  
It is charged fully at 100 percent when plugged in but once it is 
unplugged it doesn't work anymore.
