Tom, Have you checked the actual RAM? When this message appears, go to Options Menu and Support Informaiton Mode with space with I (Read+I). Press space with I (Read+I) again. If the program memory value is low, then one of the programs (possibily KeyWeb) is eating (consuming or using) a lot of memory. Try deleting cookies/or temporary rfiles.

I ran into this the other night and seemed to have fixed it with a standard reset, and now it's back again. So, what's up with that?
