Hi john, Were you on the list when Jonathan sent the email about the battery problem in some of the mPower units? If you missed it, I'll paste the link to the message from the list archives below. Not being sure whom to call in this case, I called customer service about this issue as well as some others, and they referred me to tech support for the battery problem. Mine does the same as yours, drops quite rapidly at eight percent, often only giving me thirty seconds or so before it dies completely. So, after talking with tech support, they put my name on the list to be called to return my unit to HW for the battery fix. Now, here is the link to the message:
