Hello Alex,
I don't know if you have seen the read me file for ks 7.2, but if you go to the humanware website, and do a search for ks 7.2, you will see the read me file, and in that file it says that 7.2 will support external usb cd rom drives.

Subject: Re: [Braillenote] RFB&D books and M-power running 7.2

My question on this subject is this: how will we be able to take
the book
from the CD and put everything on the BN to read it? Are the
files of the
DAISY book viewable on a PC, and so can be copied, or will we
have to find
one of those CD players that work with the BNMPs? (Speaking of
which, has
anyone found one?)

Subject: [Braillenote] RFB&D books and M-power running 7.2

Hello everyone,

Jonathan has stated in a previous message that talks with RFB&D
with regard
to DAISI and 7.2 have been positive. I can only conclude that
negotiations
on this subject are not yet finalized; and might even be at a
sensative
stage where any comment could ruin some very valuable work in
this area. My
advice is to be patient as there are other options for reading
these books,
including the Victor Reader Wave and other devices. If you need
information
on these units, please go to www.rfb&D.org and go the the page
which gives
this information. I am sorry that I do not have exact
information about
where to go for this information; but do check it out as it is
not difficult
to find.

Take care.
