If the service reset is the record and reset buttons together, I just did
this after reading your message. It still says, "The battery is not
critical. The battery gauge needs recalibrating and is not accurate enoughto
give a percentage reading."

I need some help here. Please respond.
I have done the recalibration--O Chord, I chord, then R. I waited forever
and the test ws completed. However, after all that, it still says that the
gauge needs to be recalibrate because it cannot give me an accurate
reading.
What should I do next? All help is appreciated.
