Sharonda,
To perform Service Reset, connect the AC adapter and press Reset with Record
button. This sometimes work with dead batteries.

It has 7.0. How do I do this reset? I did the one with the reset button
holding it down until I hear the music. That didn't clear anything up. All
help is appreciated.
