Also, it very much does have to do with the Braillenote. His leaving leaves us all wonder as to the state of our devices. I don't think the world hangs on one man but he did seem to have a strong influence and our device of the future will greatly be shaped by the fact that he will not be there. It will now be someone else's ideas that help form what we use. I do not know if it will be a benefit or a detriment but it will definitely be an effect.
