I don't think I'd switch either. If HW could just rewrite the email program
so it is reliable, I'd be the happiest of campers<grin>.

The PacMate is wider and heavier. From what I remember, you have to take it
out of the case to use it, unlike the BrailleNote where you can just use it
right in the case.  I'm pretty happy with my MPower and wouldn't even think
of switching.
