Well said, Rose. I forgot about the html issue. For me the slow delete problem was really an issue. I was also disappointed that the bn couldn't filter messages until I started playing with windows mobile five on a cell phone. I was quite surprised to find out that pocket outlook or whatever that email program is called doesn't filter messages either. They are all in an inbox. The braille note email program needs to be totally rewritten and it would be wonderful if filtering could be added or at least grouping by conversation as with outlook.
