Yes it does help. She likes to read, but finds it hard. She likes to write, but again finds it hard. She loves the internet and e-mail. I do reckon, however, that the planner would be very helpful for her as she can then add appointments and it will remind her.

Along the same lines, the menu system will be easy to learn and navigate, since it is uniform throughout Keysoft. As to what use she might put it to, I haven't a clue! I don't know her! Does she like to write? Read? Play games? Email? Play on the Internet?
