Hi, Shelley, To emboss grade 1 braille, you must be sure your document is translated into grade 1.
Open your Keyword text document. At the top of the file, press read control b. Press the letter b again. Press the number 1. You should see a computer dollar sign g1. Press escape to save your document. Go to the file manager translation menu and translate the document into braille. Now, you will be able to emboss the grade 1 braille document. To make a double spaced document: At the top of the KeyWord text file, press read control b. Press l. Cycle through the options using the space bar until you come to "Line spacing."
