Hello,
I am sorry to hear of your problems.
I have had good luck in many places, of which I am happy with, since I get over 200 e-mails a day, I must download every day. There have been a few places I have not been able to download at, such as the hotel I was at in Dallas, and when I returned home, I had over 1400 e-mails, and fortunately since the mpower is pretty good about downloading, it didn't take very long.
All I can say, is keep trying when you are on the road.
Robert

Robert,

Sometimes it doesn't matter if it's free or paid, it just doesn't
work.
Such was the case last summer in Jacksonville, Fl. Ray tried
both, as I
recall, and neither worked.
