  We actually tried that as well.  I did a reset with no keys held down before 
triing again but it did not work.

I think sometimes the mPower doesn't really recognize the SD card 
until after a standard re-set. Even though, or especially, because 
it recognized it long enough to install the 7.2 key.
I know it shouldn't matter, but since nothing else has worked, try 
it--and let me/us know if it makes any difference.
