Hi All, A couple of things here. First, I am finding the same thing as Robert mentioned below regarding the joystick on the PK.
And, second, a couple of likely small issues regarding the PK upgrade instructions. One: These sentences in the upgrade instructions kind of confused me. "8. KeySoft will announce and display: "BrailleNote PK upgrade: installation complete. To continue, press reset." This will be followed by the display, "off" and two beeps." I did get the message about the upgrade being complete and to press reset, but I didn't get anything on the display showing off or the two beeps. However, since the very next sentence said to reset with the c1/c4 reset, I wasn't sure if a c3/c4 reset should have been done first or not. So, trying to follow the instructions, I didn't do a c3/c4 reset at all; but, rather, did the c1/c4 reset, and then got the two beeps after that reset completed. If you switch back to grade 2 for the keyboard grade, the joystick stops working.
