Mary Elc4 Reset. At the activesync window on your PC, go to File/mobile device. Select your PK. Go to File/Delete partnership. Prexs enter on yes, and if you se delete folder dialog, say yes. On your PK, hold down C1+C4 to turn off your unit. Connect the USB cable, then on your PK, press C1+C4 to turn it on. It should work by now.len, Try C1+
