Yes, but you could have this set up ahead of time so it would be automated.
I probably have ten filters in outlook. But do I remember what they are
every time I want to do a search with keymail? Of course not. But what if I
had them set up in this utility? It would save a lot of time and memory
work.

What about using the search feature to go through E-mail.  I have found that
by using Read with F and then hitting S for subject, I can search through
all the messages of the same subject line.  This does make it faster to go
through mountains of e-mail right now.

While features like what you are talking about would be nice, I don't know
what is posible under Windows CE in any version.   We do need to be mindful
of this as well.
