Hello,
With a new MPower, which should be less than a year old, isn't there a warranty? Can't you send it back for servicing and any repairs at Humanware's expense? Isn't there suppose to be a one time servicing, cleaning, checking of the display and battery, and a general inspection to fix any of those things? Please correct me if I am wrong, because my device stutters and the keys are loose, but I was told by tech support to mention those and any other problems I noticed when I sent it in for this one time servicing. If this is not a proper list topic, please write me off-list at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
