This post isn't going to make me real popular, but here it is anyway.

Many of you post multiple times on this list, talking about the same
things over and over again.  How can you expect the HW staff to wade
through the hundreds of postings on this list quickly, determine which
ones contain useful information and put that information into bug
reports to go to their developers?  KS7.2 came out just last week.  Give
HW a chance to find and fix the problems and stop posting on the same
things all the time!  Yes, a person's BN freezing because the key didn't
install correctly is a serious problem.  Offering suggestions is also
useful.  But making statements about HW ignoring people isn't a valuable
use of the bandwidth on this list.
