If it is a stand-alone speech program, what does it run under? I know it isn't Mac; I had the "honor" of testing their speech synthesizer "Voice Over"... Never get that bit of gold! It is the most difficult to both use and understand... Anyway, the only KNG software I have seen is meant for Windows 3.1 or something and a 16 bit processor (my 64 bit went crazy when I tried it). This can be downloaded from the "Older Downloads" page of HW's website.

Have a great day,
Alex

Alex,
Actually, there is a standalone software version of KeyNote Gold
(I wish
that HW could import it for Windows).

Having a USB drive with a speech program using KNG would be
really great! I
like Jaws, but I like using KNG on my BN instead of Eloquence,
and often
wish that I could set Jaws to use KNG without needing a BN for
the task.

Have a great day,
Alex

I remember stating when we first got eloquence that it lagged
behind
terribly when you type. Well it is much much worse in 7.2. I
don't use
eloquence much because of this. I have gotten so used to keysoft
and its
responsiveness that I prefer it. I wish hw would make a speech
synthesizer,
and I mean in a little box you can plug in to the usb port of
your computer
with ks on it.
Just an idea humanware!
TTFN folks!
