Charlie, it is set up in your favorites the word being "list".
If you enter on that, you can follow the prompts to get to the
archives. It's not always easy to see what you want, but I would
look within the last two months. Another thing I'm curious
about, are you set up with 6 or eight dot mode? When you go into
the Options Menu, and press B, and space down a couple of times,
are you set to six or eight dot Braille? If you are set to eight
dot Braille, press the letter F and press Enter. You'd have to
write in everything again, but it's a thought. You can change it
back after you have done your settings. Meanwhile, I'll look in
the archives as well, and see what we're missing.

Thanks Rhonda - well it is a mystery to me as it indicates that I
am
connected - do I understand there is an archive for this list?
Perhaps I
could check that for similar problems - do you know how to access
it?
Many thanks.

Charlie, do you have your setting as a "shared authentication"?
If you
want to do that, make sure your BrailleNote setting in wireless
is set to
yes. Also, if you are using a WEP key, set that to yes. If you
are
writing in a WEP key, make sure your numbers are lower case.
What makes
me think you are using a "shared authentication" is your
firewall
question. If you want to check out those things, go to Main
Menu, Press
O, C R. Review your connection. You can press Backspace C to
change any
of those settings. Much luck to you.

Thanks Rhonda - I created a configuration as directed and it
indicates I'm
connected and it indicates an IP address however dns is blank -
the
configuration has said "yes" to get an IP address automatically
(which is I
believe the proper selection) .. I'm not sure why there is no
indication of
a dns address - could this be a firewall issue? The firewall has
an active
active firewall - however I've had not problems with my other
computer ...
Charlie.
