Could someone contact me off-list with specific details on the usage of
Support Information Mode? (I've been playing around and found a lot of
options which either make no sense or have me worried!) Ideally, I'm
looking for a document in the following format:]
"M: Turns battery isolation mode on or off. this mode is useful when... or
serves ... purpose."
