Alex,
I've got that message as well while trying to erase some folders on my
mPower. I guess the workaround is to connect your mPower using ActiveSync
(in case of the Flash Disk) or connect the card to the computer (in the case
of a storage card), go to Windows Explorer and delete that offending folder.
I guess it happens when there are hidden folders/files.

Subject: [Braillenote] Problem: unable to erase folders

Hi all:

I may have discovered another problem with KS7.2. Every time I try to use
the BACKSPACE+1+4 command to erase a folder I get the message, "The network
request is not supported". This even happens when trying to erase with the
folder manager! How am I supposed to erase any folders, short of using
ActiveSync? Is anyone else having this problem?
Have a great day,
Alex
