happening to me well sometimes. We really need a patch for these
things. Alex what you have to do is press reset with no keys
down. Write back with the results.

Hi all:
I may have discovered another problem with KS7.2. Every time I
try to use the BACKSPACE+1+4 command to erase a folder I get the
message, "The network request is not supported". This even
happens when trying to erase with the folder manager! How am I
supposed to erase any folders, short of using ActiveSync? Is
anyone else having this problem?
