Hello,
I have not had this problem.
I just copied four or five folders to another drive, so I wanted to erase the folders that were on the origional drive, so I erased all of the folders that I wanted off of the first drive. This took place with no difficulty. You may want to make sure you do not have sub folders in that folder you want to erase, because if you do, it won't erase until you empty the subfolders.
Regards,
Robert Stigile

Hello; Listers, Sorry Alex I had to come in. That's always
happening to me well sometimes. We really need a patch for these
things. Alex what you have to do is press reset with no keys
down. Write back with the results.

Subject: [Braillenote] Problem: unable to erase folders

Hi all:

I may have discovered another problem with KS7.2. Every time I
try to use the BACKSPACE+1+4 command to erase a folder I get the
message, "The network request is not supported". This even
happens when trying to erase with the folder manager! How am I
supposed to erase any folders, short of using ActiveSync? Is
anyone else having this problem?
Have a great day,
Alex
