Cindy, he did use the router's CD, and it did work and we have
wireless.
It works nicely on my mPower.
The reason I was leary about him using it this time was because
the previous two routers wouldn't work for some reason, and he
felt it was corrupted software.
But it's working now, so that's great.
Do you leave your router on all day and all night?

If you don't use the cd, you will need to open the web browser on
his
computer and configure the router manually. I would recommend
using the
cd on his computer. Why do you not want to use it?
