[Braillenote] transferring cdb files to computer

dear all,
when I try to copy and paste a cdb file my computer gets stuck and I must 
reboot.
My aim is to manipulate a cdb file using excell or similari software, in order 
to import a text file into a cdb file.
Who knows more?
