This is why you ned a software called KeySync. This allows you to
synchronize your Address List and Planner with your computer with Outlok (so
you don't have to manipulate cdb files anymore0.

thank you for your tips. You must be a guru in this field !!
My problem though is to get a .txt out of my cdb, and then, once I have
manipulated the .txt with my pc, to convert the .txt into a .dcb file.
In fact I have a couple of thousands names and phone numbers in a text file
and I would prefer avoiding typing them again into my address list.

Is this asking too much?
