i was wondering if anyone in the uk has ordered and received an m-power since 7 june, whether it be a transplant or totally new i ask this because i ordered the transplant on 7 june and was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks from that date but have still not had a request for my bn to be sent in for the transplant. i apreciate that this list is not really the appropriate place to ask about this, but when i am constantly stonewalled by hw staff saying things like your name is at the top of the list, the person you need to speak to is on holiday, and we are waiting for parts from new zealand, what am i supposed to do. either customers purchasing new units are getting priority over those wanting the transplant, or there is a problem of some kind. i also sent an email a few days ago to hq in new zealand requesting rellevant information, but have not received a reply. regards, rs.
