Jose, To clean the braille display: 1. Turn off your BrailleNote. 2. Use a soft damp cloth (any moisture must be removed) and gentaly run it down the length of the braile display. 3. This time, run it once more, but move it towards opposite dirction and make sure that you run it on top of display and touch cursor.
