Brandon, whether or not you have an mPower yet makes no
difference. If you have a BrailleNote, the manual is the same
regarding some areas. My point would be, please give advice that
you know.

Brendon,
Actually, at Chapter 2 under Braille "Display Care, there exists
a
paragraph
on cleaning the display. It is recommended that you do this
once a week.

hello, in order to have your display cleaned, you'll have to
send it back
to
humanware to have it cleaned.
The manual says not to try and clean the braille display your
self.

Hello; Kathleen, Yes I have experienced this. I don't know if
my
display needs cleaning. My MPower is new not a transplant.
This goes
to the list. How could I clean my braille display? Please write
back.
Jose Lomeli. Long Beach California.

Hello everyone, this is KC Spear.
As some of you know, when using my BN M-Power, I rely entirely on
braille. I know some of you use both braille and speech.
Logically, you don't use your braille display for reading and
editing
as much as I do.
My point is that, with the BN Classic, I only had to ask for
1-cell
replacemnt. That was done in 2005, when I sent the BN in
for a "Transplant." I'm going to need to send the M-Power
back, because several cells are missing dots. Has anyone else
experienced a problem with the M-Power cells? (I admit to being
surprised, because I understood these cells are supposedly better
than
the ones in the Classic.) KC
