[Braillenote] Manual please help

Hello; Listers, I am having a problem.  I am trying to look up a 
section in the BrailleNote manual.  Its the format markers and it 
says cannot find the reference file.  I need your help A.S.A.P.  
I did every reset I could think of no luck.  Please write back.
