I have just joined this list. Perhaps I have missed something on the topic I am about to ask, but I would really appreciate some assistance here.
I don't particularly want to syncronize files at this point. All I would like to do is copy files to and from my computer, such as class notes, etc., so that I don't have to copy by hand back and forth. I installed ActiveSync, and I have two issues. 1. I was trying to create a partnership, and I gave it a name. There claimed to be an error, so I had to reboot as that was what I was told I had to do. I was again asked to create a partnership, but the MPower said that this name was in use, so I had to use another, which I did. I found the "mobile device", but I couldn't make much sense out of it. Then later I discovered i had not completed creating the second partnership. I think I did this, for now the "mobile device" has a letter on my computer. I still don't understand how I would copy between the two. I have sought to find it in the manual, but I am struggling to find where the information would be located.
