Debbie, What is the mname of the software in question? It should be named "KeySoft 7.2 product key (briallenote mPoer) serial.exe" where serial is the serial number of your unit e.g. If your serial number is 00000, it should be named "KeySoft 7.2 product key (BraillenOte mPower) (00000).exe."
