It sounds like the product key for your serial number may be set for the
incorrect model type.  Please email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with your serial
number and details and we can look into it further.

Hi Everyone 

I am Running A Braillenote Mpower BT, and am upgrading from Keysoft 7.0
to 
7.2. 
I'm currently trying to install my Product key and keep getting the 
Following message after I press enter at the command line prompt: 
"Is not a valid win32 application." 

If anyone has experienced this issue and could give me some advice on
what 
to do about it, I would really appreciate it.
