I agree here. In fact, the instructor can walk by any student to see what he or she is writing. There would be no more invasion of privacy of the student using the BN. The instructor should see only the test questions or answers at such a time. It is up to the student and his or her honesty to insure that this is so.

In other words, it "levels the playing field for the instructor or teacher."
