They should make an exception because I it is assistive technology and not
some kid's cell phone. I need the braille note, where other kids don't need
there devices. They have a pencil to do it with. I do not.

Why should they make an exception specially for you if they don't do it
for anyone else? If electronics aren't allowed in the testing room, then
your bn isn't allowed either. I'd suggest you talk to the administrator
of the test and find out if they will have another way for you to record
your answers, like a reader or a notetaker (scribe).

Well then, they'll have to make an exception. How would i do the
test
otherwise? I don't plan to give it in. They can have my school
card and use
the braille display if they must, but i plan to use the braille
note.

Hi Kandi,
Eugenio I agree with you concerning bringing a braille note to
a test
will probably not be allowed.

I think they can take it during testing because you could use
your Bn to cheat if you have notes in it.

Subject: [Braillenote] braille note on testing
Next week, I am going to take a state biology test, and
electronic devices are banned. Do the test administrators have
the right to take the braille note from me during testing? I hope
this isn't too off topic, but I thought I should ask.
Thanks, David
