Hi, Did you remember to install the key before you did the 4 5 reset?
YOu need to do that! BEfore you try the 4 5 reset, go to the utilities menu on your MPower, and run the applications app to install your key. Instructions for that should also be with your upgrade. Once you've done that, try the 4 5 reset again.
