Terri   , I agree with you on that one.  Why Chris, or whoever, is insisting
on using a BN for a test is beyond me.  If you have a BN, it could be seen
as an unfair advantage because you might have access to notes that others
don't have.  

As Terri said, if the sighted can't use computers, calculators or PDAs to
take a test, then we should not be allowed to do so either.  If you want
equal access, you must take the good and the not so good.  In this case, it
definitely means an even playing field to have to do things the
old-fashioned way.
