Grace, Go to MS Outlook on your computer. On the appointment list, press Delete to delete the appointment. The next time you synchronize your Planner, it will ask you that an appointment has been deleted on the PC end. Select P for PC's copy.

In order to save space I thought it would be good to delete old appointments. For instance, appointments that are months old. I managed to sync the classic with the computer and then sync the PC with the MPower. Now I have appointments going back to the spring. I don't really need those. Thanks.
