Hello, I had the exact same problem with a 128 meg SD card which
I replaced with a 512 meg SD card from TIGER DIRECT. I also
replaced my charger which wasn't producing correct voltage, and I
was able to install both ks 7.2 and the maintainance release with
absolutely no problems within a couple of hours, using DSL. I
didn't realize the charger was running irregularly until I
attempted to use it for another purpose.
From the UTILITIES menu,you will need to prepare the new SD card
to create the required format before beginning the installation
process.
