I am a new member to the list, also a BrailleNote user. I'll be getting an
MPower by the first of the year hopefully. Currently, I do peer tutoring for
a student in my school. I'd like to use the Sdw website to see if he has any
updates remaining. I know that we need a password for the website, and I was
wondering how we obtain his particular password. I know there's a "forgot
password" link there, but it asks for your serial number and it will email
someone, (his school district I assume), the password, and we can't access
it if it emails them. Is there a universal password, and if so, can you
write to me off list with it?

It must be _either_ 64 Mb _or_ 512 Mb, not
256 or any other between size. So, just either of 64 or 512. that's how
I understand it.

I don't know what the file system was. I
followed the directions
on the Humanware site exactly. The card is
256 MB or something
like that so it falls within the right size
parameters. I guess
I'll try again tomorrow . Maybe I'll have
better luck.

while formatting
the card?
Also, what is the card capacity? If it is
more than 512 MB, the
upgrade will
not run properly.
