I'm writing with my preferences. I'm not bothered about paper, but it should be of good quality and the fact that any Braille produced on it should last long enough to only reproduce the menus etc occasionally, say, every year. I also like my Braille to be single-lined (think Interlined is the term), not double-lined. Hope that gets you started.
