Enabling Technologies has the Transcend which is very pricey.  A bookmaker 
or those embossers which are commercial grade units are very expensive. 
What I recommended is great for home use.  I also use a GBC (general Binding 
Corporation binding machine which punches the 19 hole paper and helps with 
putting the 19 hole binders on documents.  It wasn't all that expensive.

Yes, there are printer/embossers that can do both ink print and
Braille on the same document.  I have no personal experience with
them so cannot comment on their performance.

Wasn't aware APH sells business cards.
