Ottawa Canada I have a GBC combination 21 or so hole punch and binding machine. It weighs a ton and when I priced them I was floored at what they cost.
Other binding options include the hot-melt adhesive bindings and I suppose other kinds like bookbinders use. I found getting each and every hole in the paper onto its plastic ring a tedious job.
