As your BrailleNote belongs to your school district, you probably want to let your resource teacher or school's computer tech know it seems not to be working right first day of school after the New Year and let them send it in if necessary, for repairs. Then they pay for the repairs, not you. Yes it is a pain in the neck when equipment malfunctions.
